Raspberry Hill Elisa Blue

Elisa is a doe who has been in the works for a few years. We were excited for her to freshen as a yearling with a lovely well attached productive udder.
Elisa’s dam is SG Huff Country Agnes 1*M. Agnes is Goddard Farm bred on her dams side going back to top producers such as Goddard Farm Misty and Goddard Farm Raspberry. To compliment her production pedigree we bred her to *B Windsong Farm Legacy Blue. Blue’s pedigree reads like a who’s who in top 10 Nubian producers. Blue’s dam, Veteran’s Comet’s Legacy 15*M, ranked #7 in the nation for production in 2018. Legacy’s dam was a top 10 doe in 2017 and her sire is in the 98th percentile for Nubian production. Blue’s sire, *B Veteran’s Blue Lightning, is out of Crow’s Dairy Blue Sparkles a 2 x Top 10 doe and is sired by +*B Six M Galaxy Lightning (sire of multiple top 10 does).
Elisa unfortunately contracted a coliform mastitis leaving her with a half functioning udder during her second lactation.  This has not slowed her down much as she peaked at over 10 lbs!  She continues to prove her will to milk and is projected to produce over 2000 lbs this lactation.
